| Chairman/CEO, Mark Lieberman Mark Lieberman has been an entrepreneur in the media and technology industry throughout his career. Recently, he has been Managing Director of Hudson Abel Partners LLC, a boutique media and technology investment bank. Previously, he was Chairman/ CEO of IVT, an e-communications software company from 2000 through 2004, and before that was President of About.com Ventures, and EVP of Reed Elsevier Business Information, where he oversaw Variety, Broadcasting & Cable, Publishers Weekly and MultiChannel News magazines. In the mid-1990’s, Mark founded Sarnoff Real Time Corp. (SRTC), a video server company that became DIVA systems, the first commercially viable video on demand provider. He also served in the Bush Administration from 1989 through 1991, as Associate Deputy Secretary and Assistant Secretary for Technology (Acting) at the U.S. Department of Commerce. And from 1985 through 1989, he practiced intellectual property law and clerked for Judge Oscar Davis at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Mark graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and from Tufts University with a degree in mechanical engineering. He is now Vice Chairman of UJA’s Entertainment, Media & Communications division and on the board of advisors for the Tufts University Entrepreneur Leadership Program. Mark also played on the U.S. Masters Basketball Team in the 2001 Maccabiah Games in Israel. |


John Billock John K. Billock served as Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of Time Warner Cable from October 2001 to July 2005. Prior to joining Time Warner’s Cable Division, Mr. Billock had been President of the US Network Group at Home Box Office since 1995 and had been with HBO since 1978. While at HBO, Mr. Billock had been involved in various aspects of its operations including its marketing, distribution, and programming operations. Prior to joining HBO, Mr. Billock served for three years as a product manager with Colgate Palmolive Company where he managed marketing and promotion activities for several consumer products. Mr. Billock received a B.A. from Wesleyan University and an M.B.A. from Boston University. |


Pierre Bouvard Pierre Bouvard serves as Executive Vice President, Cross-Platform Services, for Arbitron, Inc. The Cross-Platform Media Services team is charged with leveraging Arbitron’s Portable People Meter (PPM) technology to establish audience measurement for new customer segments. Prior to this, Pierre was the EVP Sales, President Portable People Meter, as well as Vice President and General Manager for Arbitron Radio. Pierre started his career at Arbitron in various sales and management capacities, in the Chicago, San Francisco, New York and Dallas offices. He left Arbitron for a six-year period, when he was Executive Vice President of Coleman Research, one of the premier strategic consulting firms for radio stations. Pierre is co-author of "Radio Advertising’s Missing Ingredient: The Optimum Effective Scheduling System". Pierre also created Arbitron’s series of media industry studies. A graduate of Northwestern University’s School of Communication, Pierre holds a BS degree in radio, television and film, and is a graduate of the Advanced Management program at The Wharton School. Pierre is Vice Chair of the IRTS, board member of the Library for American Broadcasting (LAB), member of the Paley Center Media Council and serves as a trustee of the Foundation of American Women in Radio and Television (AWRT). Todd Juenger Todd Juenger is Vice President & General Manager, Audience Research and Measurement at TiVo Inc. Todd led the development of TiVo’s Stop||Watch research service, the first set-top-box ratings service to provide program and specific commercial ratings on both a live and timeshifted basis, and continues to bring leadership and innovation to the research industry through initiatives such as Power||Watch (an opt-in panel service) and Stop||Watch Local Markets. Prior to joining TiVo in August 2005, Todd’s career spanned such institutions as Cerberus Capital, Primedia, McKinsey & Company, and Procter & Gamble. Todd holds an MBA with Distinction from Harvard and a B.S., Industrial Management, B.B.A., Quantitative Analysis, and B.B.A. Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati (all summa cum laude). |


Chip Meakem Chip Meakem, a general partner in Kodiak Ventures, has more than a decade of entrepreneurial and investing experience in the information technology industry that includes creating one of the first Web advertising networks in 1996 and leading the early-stage financing for in-game advertising pioneer, Massive Inc., which was acquired by Microsoft. As a General Partner at Kodiak, he focuses on Internet and new media investments, and is on the Board of Directors of Hanger Network; iAmplify; Ideeli; and LiveGamer. He also serves as an observer to the board of directors of portfolio company, Wireless China. Chip joined Kodiak from Draper Fisher Jurvetson Gotham, where he was Managing Director. At DFJ Gotham Chip led investments and served on the boards of the following portfolio companies: ContextWeb; Ingenio (acquired by AT&T); Massive Inc. (acquired by Microsoft); NanoOpto; Pantero (acquired by Progress Software); Practical Engineering; Q-Link Technologies (acquired by Adobe Systems); and Quantiva (acquired by NetScout Systems). |


Sita Vasan, Observer Sita Vasan is Director of Intel Capital, focused on the digital media sector for Intel’s digital home group and is based in New York City. She has worked in venture capital for 10 years and closed over 60 venture capital investments in digital media, enterprise software, semiconductor, and wireless sectors. She is board observer on the following co’s: Pando Networks, Tutor.com, HealthiNation, Tabula Digita and TRA. Prior to Intel Capital, she had over 10 years of experience in corporate finance and deriviatives – at the International Finance Corp/The World Bank, she headed up the Client Derivative team and worked in project finance for telecom/infrastructure in Latin America, Eastern Europe and India. She was also the Vice President at Banque Indosuez Paris where she created their derivative sales team, at Bank of Tokyo in London in corporate finance/syndication, and at Orion Royal Bank in New York and London. She holds an MBA in International Business and Finance from the Wharton School, at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Bryn Mawr College. |

She is co-head of the corporate development group in New York, which handles transactions across North America for WPP, including evaluating, structuring and negotiating acquisitions, joint ventures, minority investments and partnerships. With over $12 billion in revenue, WPP is one of the world’s largest marketing services groups, including leading companies in advertising, media investment management, information, insight & consultancy, public relations & public affairs, branding & identity, healthcare communications, and direct, promotion & relationship marketing. Marcelino Ford-Livene Marcelino Ford-Livene is the General Manager of Advanced Advertising Development for Intel’s Digital Home Group. He leads the team charged with developing business strategies and scalable advertising-related technologies for Internet-connected consumer electronics (CE) devices powered by Intel’s CE technology. Before Intel, Marcelino was a senior member of the corporate development group at Gemstar - TV Guide, where he was responsible for identifying, evaluating and negotiating cross-platform partnerships and acquisitions in areas including: CE, cable and online programming, TV and movie metadata, video search, interactive program guides and ad sales. Prior to this, Marcelino worked at the FCC as Special Counsel for New Media Policy for former Chairman William Kennard, and as a Senior Counsel and Media Analyst during Michael Powell’s tenure as Chairman. Marcelino currently serves as the secretary to the board of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, which is the organization that awards the Primetime Emmy® for outstanding achievement in primetime television. He is also the division chairman of the interactive media and new technologies division for the American Bar Association’s forum on the entertainment and sports industries. Marcelino holds JD and MBA degrees from the University of Illinois and has completed Executive MBA leadership training at the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. |
