    Product Manager
    The Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals.

    The Product Manager is expected to:
  • Take a leadership role in the roadmap process defining product strategy
  • Create MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
  • Work with external third parties to assess potential partnerships and licensing opportunities

    The Account Manager is expected to:

  • QA / Operations Engineer
    This is a hands-on role reporting directly to the QA/Operations Manager.    

    Qualifications
    • 4 or more years of software quality assurance and /or IT operations experience.
    • Proven data analysis, data verification and problem-solving abilities.
    • A strong knowledge of MySQL, SQL server  and relational databases
    • Experience performing ETL, data cleansing and loading large amounts of data
    • Experience testing and deploying Business Intelligence solutions.
    • Experience performing QA and testing of tools-based as well as custom ETL logic is highly desired
    • Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures.
    • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
    • Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting skills. Assimilates information quickly, communicates complex requirements and issues clearly and concisely.
    • Must be able to work in a team environment, as well as independently. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced dynamic team-based environment.
    • Strong hands on Windows and Linux administration skills are required.
    • Strong scripting skills are required( Linux and Windows)
